By using this platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all of the following terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. Please read carefully before you start playing.

1. General Agreement

By accessing the 8090sl platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Single Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If duplicate accounts sharing the same name, address, payment method, or IP address are detected, those accounts may be closed and any remaining funds forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete. We may request relevant documentation and proof of payment to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. If inaccurate information is provided, we reserve the right to suspend the account.

2.3 Account Security

We protect player data with SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity tools. However, you must keep your login credentials confidential and never share them with third parties. 2.4 Account Closure

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

We accept the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks and all deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

Deposits must be made using the player's own payment method. Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After submitting a withdrawal request, processing normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Note: Withdrawal requests will be processed after a technical verification check is completed. If additional verification is required, we will contact you.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and we reserve the right to verify this.

3.3 Fraudulent Financial Activity

If an account is suspected of being used for money laundering, 8090sl reserves the right to immediately suspend that account and notify the relevant payment companies and authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The 8090sl welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount × 25 times.

Example Calculation:
  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks
  • Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,520,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 500,000 × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per player.
  • Players sharing the same household, IP address, or payment method cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
  • 8090sl reserves the right to cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Gameplay for bonus purposes must reflect genuine player activity. We reserve the right to void any play that appears to be aimed at exploiting a bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

8090sl has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Tier upgrades are determined based on a player's consistency and level of activity.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8090sl platform:

  • Hacking, manipulating, or attempting to exploit the game software
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or any automated playing system
  • Colluding with other players
  • Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse)
  • Engaging in any money laundering activity
  • Attempting to access another player's account

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

5.2 Game Results

All games on 8090sl use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. If a technical error or server fault affects a game result, 8090sl reserves the right to void that round and apply an appropriate resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

8090sl will not be held responsible for any losses arising from players' gaming losses, technical disconnections, server errors, or interruptions to third-party services.
